Meet our Director
Dylan Mansell is quickly establishing himself as a leader in the construction industry.
Dylan began as an apprentice carpenter working alongside his father, later launching his own business as a sole trader before founding Nxtstep. With more than 15 years’ experience, Dylan leads with a clear vision: a company built on trust, respect, hard work and thoughtful innovation.
Known for his attention to detail and steady project leadership, he guides his team from design through to handover, ensuring quality outcomes and clear communication at every stage. Dylan believes strong client, trade and supplier relationships are the backbone of great building.
Proud of the Yorke Peninsula community, he supports local sport and is often involved with the footy club and community events. Above all, he’s family-first; devoted to his partner and a proud father, drawing motivation and joy from the people closest to him.

Lucas Mann
Lucas, our newest apprentice, first discovered his passion for carpentry in high school woodwork classes. Since then, his love for custom builds and natural eye for detail have only strengthened. Lucas brings fresh energy to every project and we’re excited to see him grow.
